The cost of delivery depends on the form of payment and the total weight of the order. In the vast majority of orders in our store - shipping is free.
If you order several products, they may be delivered in several separate packages.
Each product in the case of payment by bank transfer, online payment or payment card is sent within 5 business days after the money is credited to our account.
Shipments are delivered via local courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and address of the recipient. It usually takes 3 to 14 working days.
In some cases, the lead time may be 30 days. In very rare cases, the lead time can be up to 60 working days.
For each product there is information about the expected delivery time. If the ordered goods do not reach the customer within the specified time - please contact us.
If at least 60 days have passed from the estimated delivery time for a particular product and the product is not delivered - the customer will receive a full refund and the shipment will be considered lost. However, if the lost shipment is delivered to the customer after at least 90 days from placing the order and the funds have already been returned - the customer may then keep the product as a form of compensation and does not have to incur additional costs related to it.
